any idea why can't place blocks and destroy i set my self in a group with /pex user tapest group set owner and when destroy reappear as soon as it happens when i place it it dissapears as soon as placed any help?
i lov this plugins but when i de op myself i can't place or destroy blocks i rewrote perms to allow for it it works when i remove pex my perms are and i just copyied and pasted groups:

Hello there... I am wondering how to get ChatManager to work... It says it "Could not load" ChatManager.jar or whatever... I could show you the server.log, would it be possible to talk to you in Skype or IM or something, i would really like to get this fixed asap :)
