Plugin Help Zoning plugin?

    I need a plugin that I can select an area, hopeful with a tool, and then make it so only some ranks can get into it, or so that it is pvp in that area, hopeful also mob control. If it is based off of towny that would be cool, but not really needed.

    Is there a plugin like this?
