"You do not have access to that command"

    Hello guys,

    I need some help. I want to change "You do not have access to that command" into something else. Unfortunately I cannot find this? I would like to put in another sentence like "You have to be a higher rank for this command" or something. Where/how can I change it?

    You could go into the Essentials.jar and change it there. Although it may take forever to find. This isn't the configuration files either, inside the actual jar there should be a messages.class or something.
