WorldGuard With A Rollercoaster

    Can any help me cos all the players can not put the minecart on it:(
    can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    /region flag <region name> vehicle-place allow
    should do it. :)

    To allow PVP, it would be "/region flag <region id/name> pvp allow".

    If you have a plugin that conflicts with WG that has PVP set to false, then you still may not be able to PVP.
