   So Right now there are some player regions on my server in a world, but I want to disable players from building, unelss it's in their existing region. So how do I make it so players cannot build unless they are in their region?

   Try (no promises here)
   /rg flag __global__ build deny
   And the already created regions should override global as long as they are members.
