   Hello, is there a way to firdt set pvp fpr 'true' theb with WorldGuard type like /pvp off, then select specific regions with only pvp, not that u make regions-none pvp just so they get pvp and the rest is off

   Yes you can. Type the following command into Minecraft Chat:
   

   Code:

   /region flag __global__ pvp deny

   That's two underscores on each side of the word "global" btw.
   
   Then type the following to allow PVP in specific areas:
   

   Code:

   /region flag <name> pvp allow

   Note that you have to have allow-PVP=true in your server.properties for this to work.
