   How would i make it so members can't build inside their own region? Simple question, help please .

   I seriously don't think this is possible. Why would you want that? Maybe if we know the situation we can think of a workaround.

   I'm building a hotel and i need only the members to be able to enter (which I have) and them not to be able to build. How would i do that?

   use the 'build: deny' flag, but read the world guard wiki about the dangers of setting that flag that way.
   
   Also which permissions system do you use, permissionsex has modify world commands that can prevent building in regions when used in conjunction with RSP.
