WORLDGUARD going CRAZY?!

    WorldGuard is working, but it's going crazy! It is working right, but it keeps popping up on my console and it says

    [SEVERE]:

    And there's a whole bunch of [SEVERE] stuff. Plus some error has occured to the console, when we define the region. PLEASE HELP RIGHT AWAY :(

    Not sure why I used caps, but I was copying you....maybe you were yelling at me?
