   Hi. i am trying to make a method to add a player into region. But for some reason it removes all players from a region and then adds only one player.

   The only thing I dont see is you saving the information to disk. However, everything else looks good and should be working until server restarts/reloads.
   
   Here's is some working code that manipulates a DefaultDomain in a WorldGuard region for you to go over and maybe spot what you're doing wrong:
