Plugin Help WorldGuard 6 and minecarts

    So I have a region with the flags use:allow, vehicle-place:allow, vehicle-destroy:allow. Non-members cannot get into minecarts ("Sorry, but you can't ride that here") nor break them. What did they change in WorldGuard 6 that would affect this and how do I fix it?
