World Teleportation Plugin

Suggested name: RPGTeleportation

What I want: I'd like a plugin that teleports a player (when they type a certain command) to a different world. There would be 5 different worlds, and once 10 people are in one world, It will start adding people to the next world.

Ideas for commands: /linkstart (To start in a world if not in a world already) /linkjoin (If you already have a world you are in and want to get back there. Eg. Someone comes back to the spawn world, then would like to back to the world they were in, They would use the command /linkjoin)

Ideas for permissions: link.start, link.join

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.
