Rapid! That error means you are using Java 6 or lower and this plugin was made with Java 7. EDIT: Also, from this error I can see that you have used /reload. That is not good, as it breaks some plugins (not this one, though) and causes memory leaks (which cause lag). EDIT 2: Re-readed error, you are using Java 6, build 65.
