World Map/Player data saving?

    Does /save-all no long write world map and player data to file?

    I have been doing hourly backups, running /save-all before each backup, and if my server crashes, i.e. is not shut down with the /stop command, my map and player data is all rolled back. it is not being saved up to the point of save in my backups....

    Did I miss something with a recent bukkit update or MC update? I am on the latest RB of Bukkit.
