World guard hook - Heal on kill

Basically a world guard hook which lets you do stuff like
/rg flag (regioname) heal-on-kill allow
It makes it so whenever you kill someone in a region it heals them, This is very useful for 1.9 pvp servers can someone please make it?

Hi there, I got the plugin finished for you. Just took a bit longer than I thought because I am not familiar with the WorldGuard API, so I had to figure a few things out. I added the hook as an optional thing, toggleable in the configuration file. I also included a few simple config options for the actual feature aswell
I have uploaded a jar and a zip of the source-code. Make sure to let me known about any bugs/issues or if you want any extra features

One question: Would it be ok for you if I upload this to Spigot and GitHub?
