Solved World Guard Help?

I installed world guard on my server to help prevent spawn griefing and pvp and stuff, but I need some help.

Now in all the worlds, people can't break stuff or PvP. I tried to just add a specific region, but it only did it for the entire world. Any help?

Oh, also, is there anyway I can change it to just say 'You don't have permission to do that' instead of 'You don't have permission to use <item name>

Edit: Starting to think I wasn't exactly clear. I want to set the entire spawn world to no block break or pvp, and only a region of another world to be no block break and no pvp. I'm using multiverse.
