world generators (bugged?)

Ok so I was working on my flatlands plugin the other day, and I noticed (again) that it breaks.. The plugin creates flat chunks with grass and mycillium, it works fine untill you start flying for a while and than normal world starts generating.. I have no idea why this happens so I thought someone here would know it? =)
