World A's nether = World B's nether?

I'm running a server with #860 and multiverse (more plugins than that, but those are the only possibly related plugins). I have a few nether portals on the different worlds, "world" and "legit". One of the portals on "world" is unlit, so going through it does not transport you to the nether, it transports you to the corresponding unlit portal on "legit". Both "world" and "legit" have one lit nether portal each. The nether portal on "world" goes to the nether for that world. The nether portal on "legit" goes to the nether from "world". The nether portals are not configured for mutliverse, so they do nothing if they are traveled through when they are unlit. Why is the nether portal of the world "legit" taking me to the nether of world "world" ?


The return portal in the nether brings me to "world", regardless of which world I came from.

 

That's how notch set it up. Gonna have to deal with 1 nether..
