[WIP] Storm - Dramatic Weather!

Storm is a plugin that will add a whole new range of weather mechanics to Bukkit.

Planned features:

• Snow under trees
• Piling snow
• Thunder likely to hit players wearing armor
• Thunder exploding on contact
• Thunder having a larger range of damage
• Acid rain (deteriorates blocks over time, ex stone > cobblestone > mossy cobblestone > gravel > air)
• Custom sky colors for different weathers
• Puddles when raining
• Meteor showers

Of course, all of the features would be configurable.

So far, I have finished the following features:

• Snow under trees

• Thunder exploding on contact
• Thunder having a larger range of damage
• Acid rain

Acid rain will have a default sky color of green, but will be configurable.

I'm out of ideas of what to add to this plugin, but I can probably add more! So if you have an idea or request, leave a comment, and I'll see what I can do!
