   Have you ever wanted a separate chat channel for all of your worldguard regions. This plugin will check if a player is in a region and send his chat to all players in the same region as him. I have spent lots of time looking for chat plugins that do this but haven't found any. So i decided to make my own.
   
   this plugin will have
   

   • A specific chat for each region
   • a option to "yell" or let everyone hear you
   • permissions to yell and some others
   • anything else i can think of that might be useful

   What about in-character speak? Everyone within a specific radius of the player can see the messages
