[WIP]BanAxe - Hail the axe! [1337]

Description: This plugin is for lazy admins, who don't want to use the console to ban the bad boys.

How to use: Rightclick a user with an iron axe.You have to be near the user!

What will happen: A lightning will hit the user, and he will be banned on your server.

ToDo:​

- add permissions support Done​

- extend the range nearly impossible to find a resourcefriendly way​

- add a command to choose your ban tool Done​

- add mcbans support Done​
