[WIP]Arrested

A plugin that will help everyone on every server. It uses what ever permissions plugin you use. Say you are using Xenforo and you are a super moderator. The plugin will detect that and make you on the server a moderator. If you havent registerd on the site, then in the server you will be a guest, ect..


Please give me feedback on if you think this is a good idea.
