My whitelist isn't working, I did whitelist on and i even changed in the config but its just doesnt go on. Obviously you are only pasting in the part from the last run of the server, right? The server.log will contain logs for every single start of your server, we only need the most recent. Also, you can paste it into pastebin.org for easy copy pasta.

I do not think the whitelist will work with an offline mode server. Also, your query port needs to be different than your server port.
Offline mode allows someone to connect with any username they wish. If it did work, my guess is that a plugin you are running modifies the whitelist in some way to make it usable - probably xAuth. Try checking there.
