Filled WhisperWithinRadius

Suggested name: WhisperWithinRadius

What I want: I'd like to have a plugin made where you could use /whisper <MSG> and it would whisper the message to anyone within 10 blocks of you.

Ideas for commands: /whisper <msg>

Ideas for permissions: whisper.whisper

When I'd like it by: After a beta build/recommended build for 1.5 comes out.

I should be able to do this, I'll let you know when I have something.

 

This one is easy. I could do it in about 10 seconds flat is Jake0oo0 doesn't do it.
