Plugin Help What plugin is this?

So on the noob adventures server I found statues of admins. They are made out of armor stand but I do not know how they did it! Not sure if it is a custom plugin or command block. i am certain it is maybe not a custom plugin because the developers of the server are VERY new and probably cant make something this advanced, but here is a picture. (THE STATUE IS MADE OUT OF ARMOR STANDS BUT I WONDER HOW THEY DID IT)




Oh and the blocks that i am looking at are barriers preventing us from destroying the statues

 

@tonypavlov I forget who made this, but LDZ did a video about this. They are using custom heads that are not attached to actual pictures, using a method developed by Dragnoz. On a website, you enter the name of the player or upload a skin, and it gives you an insanely long command to paste in a command block. Once activated it creates the statue.
