What PLUGIN is that

Hello! I was wondering what the plugin is called that drops items underneath or on top of players heads or feet. The picture describes it better. But I see servers such as the Hive and thechunk use it to indicate who's VIP and such. Please reply ASAP if you have any info that can help! Thanks!

He/she(sorry jade, not sure) was just trying to protect the community, shortended links could be anything...

use puu.sh to upload the image, then post the link here
(Puu.sh is very usful in the future too )

 

Or just use the attachment-thing XenForo has.

 

I think you have to be logged in to see those though :/
