Please make: a mob that moves at the effect of speed 4 when it is out of a players sight. Also, dont count that a player is looking at it if they have the effects blindness and nightvision. The mob is a mob defined in config, but not all mobs act the same as this one Things for config- Commands- /Blinksummon Permissions- the ability to summon the enemy (default = op+)
this is usefull and all, except it turns all skeletons into weeping angels, id only like some to have that effect
