Water Block replaces block nearby?

    When I place a water bucket it removes an adjacent block and the water appears there, HELP!
    Installed Plugins (bukkit 1.2.5)
    physical shop
    block log
    wedit, wguard
    compassionate
    magic bookshelf
    iconomy
    silkier touch
    better smp
    vault
    lockette
    nocheat
    nolag
    noportals
    multiverse core, inv, portals, nethportals

    Might have something to do with worldguard..
