Warzone Help! (Plugins - Factions or WorldGuard)

    Okay, so I'm having an issue. I need to make a warzone around this -

    I tried /f claim warzone, but it's not precise enough to fit exactly outside the circle.
    I need it to look like this:
    Pretend that the Glowstone is the circle in the picture above ^^^. The Iron Blocks are the warzone.

    How do I get the Iron blocks claimed as a war zone? I can figure out a decent reward to the amazing person who can solve this!

    Don't think this is possible with Factions :( You can use poly regions with WorldGuard though
