VPS lagging down?

    I got a VPS from HazNET a week or so ago, and it seems to have been getting more laggy with every restart I do, which I have to do from time to time. It has the CentOS 5 operating system, 1.5gbs of ram. Is this because of HazNET lagging or my connection to it lagging?

    Seriously though, why aren't you asking HazNET about problems with their servers instead of random people on a forum for a Minecraft server mod?
