Votifier help needed

Hi,
I am trying to install votifier on my server and have a few problems. I am currently using Votifier and GAlistener. I am running a 1.10 server with a few other plugins (World Edit, World Guard, Essentials)

When I try to use votifier to send a test vote from Minecraftservers.org nothing happens the box just stays gray and gets small and no vote is registered to the server. I read somewhere about port forwarding another port for Votifier, is this correct? If so what do I port forward?
