Using 1.6.4 or 1.6.2 and cannot destroy anything?

Hello,

I am using 1.6.2 right now because I cannot download 1.6.4 right because of the silly idea put in place.
Anyway. This problem was persistent on 1.6.4 aswell.

I try to dig or destroy a block and it will not let me. No message comes up saying you cannot destroy this, none of that. Just console shows "[INFO] [WorldEdit] Using external NmsBlock for this version: CBXNmsBlock_162"

I have updated every single plugin and never had a problem until today, so I am confused.

I am waiting for 1.7.9 to be official recommended etc so maybe that would fix it?
