   im using towny and when an outsider places a block in my town it sais outsiders arnt allowed to build here but the block is still placed. Im running a server Rapper for tekkit but tekkit redirected me here

   Again with the caps title. Because you are using another plugin now, doesn't mean you have to create a new thread. It is probably Tekkit. If it is happening for both than Tekkit isn't allowing plugins to remove blocks.
