[URGENT]Laggy Prison Server - Help?

    I'm running a prison server with 4GB of RAM running on a 3.2 GHZ processor. This is hosted by Pytohost. However, my players and I are having extreme lag. Server crashed a few times, please help me. Plugins are stated below:[​IMG]
