Updated Javadocs

I'm sure it's common knowledge that the current Bukkit javadocs on Jenkins are dated. I have a lot of respect for the developers and I know they are very busy on the project and in general.

Until CI is functional again and the developers can automate the javadocs with build releases, I have hosted the javadocs based on the recent Bukkit source release (668) on my personal website: http://www.louderthanthunder.net/Bukkit/doc

Hopefully this saves plugin developers from going through the trouble of crawling through recent weather-plugin related source code to get the proper classes and methods to handle the new content.
