Update map in the wall

Minecraft version: 1.9.2+

Suggested name: MapWall updater

What I want: Just only a plug that updating map in a wall. At 1.9.2, I don't know what problem to map. When I place a map in item frame, and than go building, the map not update. It not work with 1.9.4+ too. Sometimes I want to watch the building from the map in the wall, but it hard to do that. So, you can use map id and then update by replace map in item frame. Also add real time player is move in the map like green arrow.

Ideas for commands: /map update ; /map time <time count down to update maps> ; /map view player ; /map view mob

Ideas for permissions: mapwall.commands (Set false so player can't use any command in this plugin.)
