Up And Coming Server, Developers Wanted!

Hello my name is Connor,
I am a admin of an up and coming server called MC-Monolith.com
The server is ran by a guy called _ROM_ and we are looking to create a team of developers to in order to create and maintain unique plug-ins that will be ran on our server.

The other staff have the understanding and willing to help but lack the experience and knowledge in order to start a project of this velocity.
