[UnSolved]Player listing- allow / deny issue

This should be simple but im running into an issue with allowing or denying players. with my code i have atm im able to deny the player but for some reason when i allow the player it wont switch over. The player is constantly stuck in the deny list.

Im thinking my multiple }else{ 's are messing something up. I was able to allow the player but not deny. With my code its one or the other lol. Ill continue to work on but id like to see what some one else thinks.
