We're a tight knit dev team with 3 active members. You'll need to be active, and these skills help:

• JDBC knowledge
• The Zen of Python, and how it applies to Java
• Knowledge with modding craftbukkit/reflection (for guard NPCs)
• JSON/YAML storage knowledge
• Ability to develop Java applications outside of Bukkit
• The DBAD guideline, and now it applies to programming
• Knowledge of Oracle code style (we run the code through a formatter anyway)
• Being active
