Trouble with Bukkit Server

    Hey,
    I use this plugin called 'Game Ranks' (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/gameranks/) with the Essentials pack. I am having some trouble with them. I'm opped on my bukkit server running on craftbukkit 1.7.2 and when I do the command /ranks it does not let me see the ranks. When I do the command /rankup it does not let me rank up. I have left some images below.

    Give your group these permission nodes:
    gameranks.ranks
    gameranks.rank
