Torches set blocks above them on fire

I'd like to see a plugin that causes torches to set flammable blocks directly above them on fire. As long as there's air directly above the torch, it's fine. But if you attach a torch to a tree directly below the canopy, fwoosh.

I want this to encourage players to use the new lanterns for permanent lighting in their structures. I don't want to make torches burn out because they're still needed for mining and ambiance, but I do want there to be a penalty for thoughtless torch placement.

 

What blocks do you want to be set on fire if they're above a torch? (Give a list please)

 

I assume every block that is flammable... should be able to finish it this week, but if anyone else wants to do it earlier, go ahead.

 

Okay so every flameable block, should it only be the block above or also to the sides, beneath?
