I'm not saying I totally understand, but cool idea

 

lol, basically when player has blue dye in their inventory and they right click at a player it will flood the area with water or if red dye is in the inventory it will cause a fire when a player right clicks. these are the basic ideas. just think of the other things the player can do with the other dye colors .
