To help newcomers to Bukkit (I speak from own experience) that created this installer automatically install all the Bukkit the constituents .Jar file to run.bat.
This installer will also have an updater so that whenever a new version out CraftBukkit be no need to install the new version of the installer (you can delete the settings) or download the current CraftBukkit and change the name. This installer will CraftBukkitUpToDate and PermissionsEx.

Sorry, but you can't include the .jar artifacts of CraftBukkit in your download. Instead of uploading 10 mb unallowed you could include a .bat that downloads the build with the permaurl:
