/tntcraft command

Suggested name: TNTCraft

What I want: Basically /tntcraft would craft tnt using the sand/gunpowder in your inventory. I would like to have customizable messages for when the tnt is crafted, if you don't have enough resources to craft a block of tnt, for the reload command and for the no permission command.
Ideas for commands:
/tntcraft reload
/tntcraft

Ideas for permissions:
tntcraft.reload tntcraft.use tntcraft.nosand
tntcraft.nosand would not require sand to be able to craft it.

I'd like to make this for you but I have a question for you before I can start. If the player doesn't have enough inventory slots to hold the tnt would you just like it to be thrown on the ground or just not craft the tnt?

 

Uh could you make an option to drop/not create if the inventory is full?
