I'm looking for a plugin that will make a player not able to execute a command after a certain amount of time. In my Kit-PvP plugin, there is a timer on some of the kits. Players can bypass this timer by simply re-logging. Does anyone know of any sort of plugin that will prevent this, and only allow a player to execute a command after a specific amount of time? Very much appreciated if someone could help me out
