there is any way to run mods on bukkit server?

i found a really fun mod
and i want to run it on bukkit with plugins
there is any way?

 

guessing you meant a mod from miinecaftforum.... then NO
plugins from bukkitdev/get plugins/ this server then yes.

but uhm maybe you can help me I have a new car and I see diesel is cheaper... can I use that?

if you still don't get it you might want to share some more info because with what you give no one can really help you and we all just have to guess.
