The new .jar 1.3 is not generating server.properties?

Hello,
I've been loking at the forums, but i didn't find an answer for my problem, so I'll be grateful if you help

I just downloaded the latest build of craftbukkit (432) but it seems it does not generate any server files like a configuration file server.properties. I can't change the name of the world, so players can't continue building.

Please, if you know, just tell me what i am doing wrong.

I used older build, it works. But this is a bug i think.
