The inability to successfully start a bukkit project

    so basically I have a project I want to upload to bukkit, but once filling out everything required, clicking on the "start project" button does nothing, it just refreshes the page. I've clicked the button 20 times already like a maniac, and still, nothing happened.

    @timtower isn't that just going to create the project on CurseForge instead of bukkit?

    ok thanks, now I'm guessing that when the status does not say "Under Review" anyone can download it?
    I've never made a project on bukkit so I'm pretty new at this
