Texture pack doesent work! Help!

The texture pak that I made doesent work and I cant figure out why.

The pack starts downloading for like one tick then it stops and it doesent work.

 

I did but it still doesent work.

 

It still doesent work. I got rid of the .jar and created a new download link and changed the dl\=1 and it still doesent work.
