Filled SUFFIX PLUGIN

Suggested name: SuffixPlus

What I want: I need a basic suffix plugin where you can do the following:
/suffix (suffix) - gives you a suffix. The suffix can be anything.
/suffixother (player) (suffix) - gives someone else a suffix
/suffixcolor (color) - changes your suffix color. Default is dark gray.
/suffixcolorother (color) (player) - changes the suffix color of someone else.

Also, I would like it so the suffix is automatically in brackets like this: [suffix]. The brackets should be the same color as /suffixcolor. Along with that, make sure there is a space between player name and the suffix.

Ideas for permissions:
suffix.use - ability to do /suffix
suffix.color - ability to do /suffixcolor
suffix.other - ability to do /suffixother
suffix.other.color - ability to do /suffixothercolor

When I'd like it by: A week, a few days if possible.

Why not using any permission plugin?
PermissionsEx works great in combination with chatEx

I can't use a PermissionsEx because I want to be able to add a suffix in-game while using spaces. When you use spaces in PermissionsEx, it thinks you mean the world.

I understand , but what would be the purpose of that? Use Pex, change thé prefix in thé config and type /pex reload

I want to have it so Buycraft can give suffixes that have a space in them.

Problem resolved. Somebody told me that if you put the suffix double quotes, it won't be considered a world.
