There was a plugin called AntiPortal that stopped the players from being able to randomly just plop out nether portals. I like to restrict the ability to keep portals from the masses, as they are destructive and really work so much different then in single player. Any chance someone could throw togather a fork or fixed AntiPortal , or even just make another small plugin that simply stops Nether portals from being created. ( OP only creation is fine no need for mass perms) This would be great, thanks in advance.
